Then not surprisingly, ScriptX will fail to work.
For some reason it sometimes happens that a critical component of ScriptX becomes disabled with the result that attempts to print/preview give the error “The data necessary to complete this operation is not yet available” or worse the browser may hang.
A quick look at Gear Menu | Manage add-ons will show a disabled component:
Click the ‘Enable’ button and all will be well.
