When using ScriptX.Services for Windows PC from a non-secured site (i.e. http://) Chrome and Edge 91 have been issuing a warning in the console:

[Deprecation] The website requested a subresource from a network that it could only access because of its users’ privileged network position.

Edge and Chrome will start blocking them in v92 (July 2021). More details

The consequence is that from Edge and Chrome 92 sites must be secured with a certificate (i.e. https://) in order to work with ScriptX.Services for Windows PC.

It will be possible to disable this behaviour by changing a flag – search for “Block insecure private network requests“.
